As a mysterious chemical experiment, the Flask lamp is a spherical object consisting of two blown glass compositions; bottle and hood. The Flask lamp's ridged and rounded base refracts light, providing a warm, corrugated and comforting glow, while the smoked glass lid covers the lamp socket, thereby reducing the glare.
