The main inspiration for the Cosse sofa is comfort. Cosse features soft, welcoming contours and a giving, delicate, all-enveloping form which, sustained by a fine natural wood structure, floats above the ground. The remarkable comfort of the seat, achieved by the elastic-webbed suspension found inside, contributes to this feeling of comfort and lightness. The smaller details of this sofa, as always with our collection, serve to add to the luxuriousness of the model. The curves of the armrest, for example, result in a highly difficult upholstery process. Similarly, achieving the extreme slimness of the solid wood feet is no easy feat.
