Both French Patrick Pagnon and Claude Pelhaître already work together since 1980 in their design office in Paris. They design room solutions for the future in here. Pagnon and Pelhaître, born in 1953 and 1954 met while they studied in the École des Beaux-Arts in the French capital. While Pagnon became the co-founder of furniture design at the University, Pelhaître gained practical experience in wood carving. This is how theory and practice come together in the established studio. Besides furniture, Pagnon Pelhaître also focusses on architecture. This is visible in their designs: Modularity and the interaction of their products in a room is important to both designers.
