Deborah Bowness grew up in Yorkshire and studied Surface pattern & textile design at Leeds College of Art. She went on to graduate from the Royal College of Art, London with a Master of Arts in constructed textiles. After a year as the Royal College of Art student union president she spent some time teaching whilst setting up a workshop printing hand printed wallpapers. Now, with the help of a dedicated team, Deborah sells and exhibits her wallpaper installations all over the world. She is currently exhibiting “Painted Wall Moscow ” in W is for wallpaper at the Ruthin Crafts centre.
