Capsbury is run by a small team with huge determination and the ability to design furniture, crafted from solid timber, produced in a country in which our routes are well embedded, India.
Although quietly working in the background as an ‘own brand’ supplier to major UK retailers, it has long been the aim of Capsbury to change the perception of ‘Indian produced furniture’.
Opening in 1999 as an Antique Indian Reproduction Furniture Importer, Capsbury quickly established itself as a formidable solid wood furniture supplier and has been designing, producing, and manufacturing furniture ever since.
Our aim is to expand expectations on what Indian furniture is and has to be and to show that well designed and engineered contemporary furniture can be produced in a country, where traditional crafts have for so long been held back from progression.
